10 years ago, 50 lakh flat is so much today
According to reports, the flat which was available for Rs 50 lakh in 2015, 10 years ago, has now been worth about Rs 1 crore. Noida and Greater Noida were once known for mid-range and affordable property, but in the last few years the area has become a luxury property hub. Earlier, where good flats were available for 40 to 80 lakh rupees, now the price of flats in new projects starts above Rs 1 crore. In this too, you will get less area than before.
24,944 crore flats sold in 2023
According to a report, in 2023, a total of 14,822 flats were sold in Noida with a total price of around Rs 24,944 crore. This information is given in the report of Real Estate Consultant JLL. In 2022, where the average price of a flat was Rs 1.24 crore, it increased to Rs 1.68 crore in 2023. The report also states that 23% of these sold flats were priced at Rs 3.5 crore or more.
Prices are rising fast
In 2019, a three -bedroom flat in many areas of Noida was priced at around Rs 5,800 per sq ft. But now this flat is getting more than Rs 10,000 per sq ft. Taking the example of Country Group, it was rate of Rs 6,000 per sq ft in 2019, but now its ready-to-mow flats have reached Rs 15,000 per sq ft.
