PM Narendra Modi is addressing in Harshil
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a tour of Uttarakhand on 6 March today. Here PM Modi offered prayers at the winter migration site of Maa Ganga at Mukheemath in Mukhwa. After this, he spent time with local artists and enjoyed traditional folk dance in Makhuwa. Makhuva is famous as the winter capital of Maa Ganga, the event was organized in. Prime Minister Modi also addressed the gathering at a public function in Harshil.
PM Modi expressed grief over the incident of Mana village
Addressing the public meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “I express grief over the accident in Mana village a few days ago. I express my condolences to the families of those who lost my life in the accident. The solidarity that the country has shown in this hour of crisis has given a lot of encouragement to the families suffering from the solidarity.” He said, “This land of Uttarakhand, our Devbhoomi is full of spiritual energy. Blessed with all the four dhams and infinite pilgrimages, I have been blessed today at this winter place of Jeevanadini Maa Ganga and I have been blessed by meeting you all.”
PM Modi said- reached Kashi with the blessings of mother Ganga
PM Modi said that once again, where you all come and meet your family members, I have been blessed. With the grace of Maa Ganga, I got the privilege of serving Uttarakhand for decades. I believe that with his blessings, I have reached Kashi and now I am serving Kashi as MP and so I also said in Kashi that I have been called by mother Ganga. Today I have come to his maternal home village. Here I could get the good fortune of darshan in Muktipath cave. I have come to Harshil’s land today, so I am also remembering my sister Phulioke, who keeps sending me the Rajma of Harshil and other products. I am grateful for your gift.
PM said- this decade of Uttarakhand
He said that a few years ago I went to Baba’s feet to see Baba Kedarnath, then after Baba’s darshan, some expressions suddenly appeared from my mouth and I said that this decade would be the decade of Uttarakhand. Those words were mine, my expressions were mine, but the power to give strength behind him was of Baba Kedarnath himself. He said that with the blessings of Baba Kedar, gradually that word, that emotion is turning into reality, in reality. This decade is being made from Uttarakhand. He said that new avenues are opening for the progress of Uttarakhand. The resolutions we had taken for the development of Uttarakhand, moving towards new goals, those resolutions are being fulfilled today. Winter tourism is another major major step in this direction. Through this, there will be a lot of help in realizing the economic power of Uttarakhand. I congratulate Pushkar Singh Dhami and Uttarakhand government for innovative efforts and wish for the progress of Uttarakhand.
