Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif met Turki President Recep Tayip Erdogan in Istanbul late Saturday night. During this time, there was talk of bilateral relations, regional and global issues between the two leaders.
President Erdogan said- Turks and Pakistan will continue to fight against terrorism. Both countries will support each other training, intelligence and technologically. Both will benefit from this.
He further said that concrete steps will be taken to bring the trade between Turki-Pakistan to $ 5 billion. Cooperation in energy, transport and defense sectors will be increased.
Erdogan said that the Istanbul-Tehran-Islamabad railway line will be improved. Also said- concrete steps in the education sector will further strengthen the relationship between the two countries.

India mainly exports mineral fuels, auto parts, machinery, pharmaceuticals and cotton. However, imports from Turkas include gold, marble, apples, vegetables, cement and chemicals. Turkas India is one of the biggest suppliers of apple to India.
