Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif with the President of Azerbaijan.
Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif visited Azerbaijan on Tuesday. Here he met Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and thanked India for his support in the military struggle.
The Pakistani PM said that both countries have stood with each other on every occasion and will do so even further. He congratulated President Aliyev for the Azerbaijan Republic Day to be held today.
In the meeting, the two leaders spoke to further the mutual partnership. Army Chief Asim Munir, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Information Minister Ataullah Tarar were also present in this meeting.
Sharif is on a tour of four countries from 25 to 30 May. Prior to this, he has gone to Turkas and Iran. Today he will reach Tajikistan. Here he will also attend the international conference on glaciers in the capital Dushanbe.

Sharif expresses his desire to talk to India
Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Monday expressed a desire to negotiate with India on issues like Kashmir and Water Security. Sharif arrived on Iran tour. He said this at a joint press conference in the capital Tehran with Iranian President Masood Pajakshian here.
Sharif thanked Pajshkian for the support of Iran during a military conflict with India. He insisted that there are cultural and historical relations between the two countries.

Pakistan government protested against PM Modi’s statement
The Pakistan government on Tuesday objected to the recent statement of Indian PM Narendra Modi. The PAK Foreign Ministry had issued a statement saying that the way PM Modi spoke of violence, it does not suit the leader of a nuclear power.
In fact, PM Modi had said during the meeting in Gujarat on Monday that the eye -raising eye on India will not be spared at any cost. He warned Pakistan to live happily, eat your share of bread, otherwise I have a bullet.
