Santa Fe County Sheriff Office spokesman Dennis avila said that the police reached there on Wednesday at around two o’clock in the afternoon local time. Officials wrote in a search warrant that hackman, his wife and his dog had died some time ago and the couple’s bodies were in different rooms. Hackman was found dead in a room and his wife Betsi Arakawa was found dead in the bathroom. An open bottle of medicine and bullets were scattered near Arakawa’s body. The authorities are not suspicious of any conspiracy regarding his death, but did not release any details of the circumstances of his death and said that the matter is being investigated. American filmmaker Copola said on ‘Instagram’ that he expresses grief over Hackman’s death and appreciates his contribution to the cinema world. He said that Hackman was a great actor and his acting was inspiring and fantastic.
