Netanyahu also said that our security cabinet has welcomed the demand of US President Donald Trump for the simultaneous release of all hostages from Israel till Saturday afternoon.

Trump’s threat- Hamas releases all hostages by Saturday

In fact, Trump had threatened Hamas on Tuesday and said that if all the hostage kidnapped from Israeli is not released by Saturday, everything will be ruined in Gaza. If all the hostages are not returned by 12 o’clock on Saturday, I think the ceasefire agreement should be canceled.

Earlier, he had said to capture Gaza and build a city resort there. He then said that the Palestinian people should be displaced from Gaza and settled in Jordan and Egypt. However, both Jordan and Egypt opposed the plan.

Hamas said no meaning of threat

On the other hand, Hamas was accused of preventing the help given to the Palestinian people. This is a violation of ceasefire conditions. At the same time, Hamas replied to Trump’s threat. Hamas said that if all the hostages are released simultaneously, it will be against the ceasefire deal.

Abu Juhari, a senior leader of Hamas, said on Tuesday that Trump should respect the deal. This is the only way to return hostages. Juhari said that there is no point in the threat. This makes the matter more difficult.

Jordan and Egypt threatened to stop help

Regarding this, the US President threatened that if Jordan and Egyptians do not give them a place to the people, then the US will stop the help given to them. Trump is scheduled to meet Raja Abdullah II of Jordan in the capital Washington this week.

Trump earlier told Fox News that the Palestinians would not have the right to return there after Gaza Tech over. They said that they will not do this, because they will have better houses there. In other words, I am talking about building a permanent house for them.

Ceasefire deal will be completed in three phases

Hamas attacked the border area of Israel on 7 October 2023 and killed 1200 people. While more than 250 people were taken hostage. There was a ceasefire deal between Hamas and Israel in Qatar on January 19 for the release of these people.

In this deal, both sides have to exchange prisoners. This deal will be completed in three phases. In this, hostage will be swapped for 42 days. So far, the bound has been swap by five times.

First Phase:

  • From January 19 to March 1, there will be a complete ceasefire in Gaza. Hamas 33 will release Israeli hostages. Israel will release 33 Palestinian prisoners in lieu of one of its hostages daily. 50 Palestinian prisoners will be released in lieu of each Israeli female soldier.

Second phase:

  • If everything goes well by the 16th day of the first phase, that is, 3 February, the negotiation on the second phase plan will begin. During this time no attack will be carried out. The remaining hostages will be released alive.
  • Israel will release 1 thousand Palestinian prisoners, out of which around 190 prisoners have been serving sentence for more than 15 years.

Third Phase:

  • Gaza will be resettled in the last phase of this deal. It will take 3 to 5 years. The bodies of hostage killed in Hamas’s possession will also be handed over to Israel.
