At the same time, the government has also filed a case against 61 people including two top leaders of the National Democracy Party (RPP), including Ravindra Mishra and Dhawal Shamsher Rana, involved in the monarchy movement.
All 61 people have been booked against the state on serious charges like crime, unrest and organized crime.
