An appeal was made to the government by the parents of Harvinder Singh that their son’s body should be brought so that the last rites of the deceased youth could be performed.

A head decorated on the forehead of the deceased youth
The body of Georgia accident victim Harvinder Singh reached Khokhar Khurd village in Mansa district today, where the family members were in a sad state and crying after seeing the dead body of their only son. The eyes of the village people were also moist. During this, the younger sister of deceased Harvinder Singh decorated her brother’s forehead and the parents also saw the face of their only son.

Went to Georgia for employment
Nirmal Singh, a family member of deceased Harvinder, said that his nephew had gone to Georgia for employment, where he died during the accident. He said that he had demanded from the government that his son’s body should be returned from Georgia and handed over to him. He said that on his appeal the government has brought the body to Punjab, for which he thanks the government and he has performed the last rites of his only nephew today.
