Maharashtra’s economy will grow at the rate of 7.3%, the agricultural sector estimated to increase the highest

Maharashtra The economy is estimated to increase at a rate of 7.3 percent. This has been revealed by advance estimates of FY 2024-25. This was said in the Government’s Budget Economic Review Report presented in the Assembly on Friday. The report was presented by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, who also has Finance Department. The review states that the Indian economy is expected to grow at a rate of 6.5 percent during 2024-25.

In which sector will there be growth

Agriculture and related activities, industry and service sectors are expected to increase at the rate of 8.7 percent, 4.9 percent and 7.8 percent respectively in FY 2024-25. The Economic Review states that GSDP (GDP) at the market price for 2023-24 is estimated to be Rs 40,55,847 crore, which was Rs 36,41,543 crore in 2022-23. It states that the actual GSDP for 2023-24 is estimated to be Rs 24,35,259 crore, while for 2022-23 it was Rs 22,55,708 crore.

GSDP will be the most

The review stated that as per the revised estimates, GDP will have the highest 13.5 percent share on the market price of Maharashtra at the All India Market Price during 2023-24. According to the review report, per capita income in the state for FY 2024-25 is estimated to be Rs 3,09,340, while 2023-24 was Rs 2,78,681.
