Lpg price: The government has shocked the common people. After the Union Budget, the prices of LPG gas cylinders have been increased again. The relief budget day by the government has taken back today. On Saturday 1 March 2025, Indian Oil increased the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder by Rs 6. However, there has been no change in the prices of 14 kg domestic gas cylinders.

Increase in commercial cylinder prices

In Delhi, the 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will be available for Rs 1,803, which was Rs 1,797 in February. Similarly, the price of commercial cylinder has been increased to Rs 1,913 in Kolkata, which was Rs 1,907 in February. In Mumbai, this cylinder will now be available for Rs 1,755.50, while in February it was priced at Rs 1,749.50. With a slight increase in Chennai too, its price has now been Rs 1,918.

Domestic LPG cylinder prices stable

There has been no change in the price of domestic 14 kg LPG cylinder. In Delhi, this cylinder remains stable at Rs 803.

Lucknow: Rs 840.50

Kolkata: Rs 829

Mumbai: 802.50 rupees

Chennai: Rs 818.50

Lower increase than in the past years

This is the lowest increase in commercial cylinder prices in the month of March. Last year, on 1 March 2024, there was an increase of Rs 352 at one time. This time, the slight relief of 7 rupees received in February has now almost abolished with increased prices.
