According to Vikas, the accused agent Amit had asked him to send him to America in May 2024 for Rs 40 lakh. On July 28, the accused called him Ladwa with Rs 10 lakh. The accused took 10 lakh rupees and said that he should take 2 thousand dollars and 500 euros with him, because he will first get a visa of Europe. On July 29, the accused sent him to the Czech Republic and the next day Spain Madrid.

Brazil sent instead of Mexico
He stayed in the hotel at his expense for 15–16 days. The accused took about 67 thousand rupees from him and sent him to Brazil on 15 August instead of Mexico. Till 22 August, he had to stay in the camp at the airport and became ill. When he called the accused, the accused asked him to go to the hotel. Here again he had to stay on his expenses for 40-45 days.
