Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon is on the bulinds of success. The National Award -awarded actress has recently bought a new luxurious apartment in Mumbai by her name. According to reports, Kriti has bought a magnificent duplex penthouse in Pali Hill, the most posh area of Bandra West. The price of this penthouse is said to be around Rs 78.20 crore. This is a seawick penthouse, from where the magnificent views of the Arabian Sea are seen.
According to a report by the Economic Times, Kriti Sanon’s new house is on the 14th and 15th floor and spreads over 6,636 square feet. Along with this, there is also an open terrace of 1,209 square feet on the top floor, which gives a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea. Along with this, Kriti has also got exclusive feature of 6 car parking slots.
According to reports, Kriti has bought this apartment at a rate of about Rs 1.18 lakh per square feet. This property is jointly registered in the name of Kriti Sanon and his mother. The actress paid a stamp duty of Rs 3.91 crore to buy it. The total payment was more than Rs 84.16 crore for adding GST and all other charges.
Kriti Sanon has also made several luxury real estate investment earlier. In 2023, he bought a 2,000 square feet plot in Alibag, which is a celebrities’ favorite second-home destination near Mumbai. Apart from this, in 2024, he also bought a 4-BHK apartment of Rs 35 crore in Bandra West.

Talking about films, Kriti Sanon will soon be seen in Anand L. Rai’s film ‘Tere Ishq Me’ with Dhanush. The film is scheduled to release on 28 November 2025. Apart from this, she will also be seen playing the lead role with Rashika Mandana and Shahid Kapoor in Homi Adajania’s Cocktail 2.
