Ingredients for chili paste:
Whole red chili 6, garlic buds 6, ginger, water – 3 cups, tomato ketchup – 1 cup, sugar 1 tbsp
Ingredients for vegetables:
Chinese cabbage – 400 grams, Indian cabbage, 400 grams, radish, 1, carrot 4, green onion – 4, salt – 2 tablespoons, cold water – 2 liters
Material for solution:
Rice flour – 2 tablespoons, soy sauce – 1-2 tablespoons, sesame 2 tablespoons
How to make Kimchi?

First step: To make veg kimchi, first make a red chili paste. Turn on the gas and pour 3 cups of water in a pan and add whole red chili, some garlic buds, piece of ginger and cook well.
