After waiting for mango throughout the year, when mangoes come, then many of you eat sauce, mango page, mango juice, mango shake, mango vegetables. But have you ever tried something from mango kernels? You can also try tasty dish from the kernels that you consider to be useless. Mango kernels help to digest food. Let us make a recipe with mango kernels that you will keep licking fingers.

First step- First collect 4-5 kernels of fresh mangoes and wash them thoroughly. After this, remove the outer layer of kernels and remove the soft seed inside. Soak these kernels in fresh water for 2-3 hours and then boil till it becomes soft. After boiling, peel the skin of the seeds and cut them into small pieces according to your own.

Second step- After on the gas, heat a little oil in a pan and add cumin, asafoetida and turmeric to it. When cumin seeds start crackling, add onion and fry it till it becomes golden. Now add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Finally add chopped mango kernels and mix well.

Third step- Add a little water to this mixture and cover it and then cook on a low flame for 10-12 minutes. When the pieces of kernels become completely soft after about 10 minutes, the spice will also start thick. After this, add salt as per taste and mix and your mango kernel vegetable is ready.

This vegetable can be served with bread or rice. Believe it, it looks very tasty and contains a good amount of protein, vitamins and minerals. You can also store it and keep it.
