ICC ODI Rankings: There have been some changes in the ICC rankings this time too. Babar Azam number one batsman in ICC ODI rankings
Pakistan’s Babar Azam is still at number one in ICC’s ODI rankings. His rating is 795. After this, Indian batsmen have occupied three consecutive positions. Rohit Sharma is at second place with a rating of 765. Shubman Gill’s rating is 763 and he is at number three. Virat Kohli is still at number four with a rating of 746.
KL Rahul got the advantage of two places
If we talk about KL Rahul, he has now reached number 13 by jumping two places. His rating is 644. Now he has a chance to enter the top 10. But it will depend on whether he will be seen playing for Team India in the three-match ODI series against England and then in the Champions Trophy.
Shreyay Iyer and KL Rahul very close to top 10
For India, Shreyas Iyer is at number 11 in the ICC ODI rankings with a rating of 658. In the news coming out till now, it is being said that only one batsman out of Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul will be given a chance in the Champions Trophy. It is expected that the Indian team will be announced on 17th or 18th January, after which the picture will become clear to a great extent.
