Dr. Kumar’s paper was focused on the use of AI in the Police Department. The theme of his research was ‘AI for Work Well-Being in Policing: Detecting Burnout and Enhancening Work Engagement’. This research is based on the use of artificial intelligence in the balance and stress identification of police personnel.
India’s ambassador awarded award
India’s Ambassador Sanjay Sudhir presented the Best Paper Award to Dr. Kumar. On this occasion, Prof. Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Simrit Kaur and Dr. Thumbe Moidin, President of Thumb Group UAE were also present. It is noteworthy that Dr. Kumar is from Seeda Majra, a village in Uchana, Haryana.
