After the fourth floor is built, its price can reach Rs 4 crore. In such a situation, neighbors are asking for 10%, and these laws are completely valid. If a neighbor does not give NOC, the landlord has to give up a setback of 1.8 meters, so that the land is not fully utilized and can cause damage.
