Villagers saved Israeli tourist Samuel Vengarinovich’s life.
Israeli tourist Samuel Vengarinovich, who disappeared from Triund in the popular tracking route Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh, has been discovered in the Thathri region on Sunday seven days later. For the past one week, he was looking for in forests, hills and tracking trails.

30 -year -old Samuel Vengarinovich, who came to India as an independent traveler, went to the Triund track on 6 June, but was not contacted by anyone after that. His missing report was lodged by his friend Ediblam at McLeodganj police station, after which the matter became of international tourist security and the police intensified the investigation.

Found in inaccessible area of Thathri On Saturday, some villagers in the Thathri region saw a weak and tired person sitting between the bushes, whose condition looked critical. When it was seen closer, it was found that he is the same tourist, whose missing information was viral on the media and social media in the past.
The villagers immediately informed the police. The rescue team reached the spot and Samuel was taken out of the stretcher and sent to Tanda Medical College, Kangra for first aid.
Physical condition worrying but stable According to hospital sources, Samuel’s condition is very weak, he is facing extreme physical weakness due to hunger, dehydration and exhaustion. A team of doctors is constantly overseeing him. Initial investigation has not confirmed any serious injury.
Dharamshala police has confirmed that it is the same foreign national whose missing report was reported on 6 June. The Israeli embassy has been immediately informed and information has also been sent to the family members of the tourist.
