The Central Agency had recovered several documents related to the army and armed forces with the arrested accused. The accused was in the process of going from Delhi to Pakistan, while he was caught from Delhi. Nepali origin accused Ansarul Mian Ansari came to Delhi at the behest of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI.
Ansarul was asked by ISI to send CDs of extremely confidential documents related to Indian military and send it to Pakistan. Akhlakh Azam was also arrested from Ranchi after questioning Ansarul. Akhlakh was helping Ansarul in sending India Army documents to Pakistan.
From January 2025 to March 2025, central agencies conducted a complete operation to eliminate ISI’s sleeper cell in a very intelligence manner. Special cell of Delhi Police was also involved in this operation. Forensic investigation of the documents recovered from Ansarul was conducted, which confirmed that the recovered documents were confidential documents of the Armed Forces.
Ansarul of Nepali origin, arrested from Delhi’s hotel, revealed that he used to run a cab in Qatar, where he met ISI Handler.
According to sources, Ansarul was later taken to Pakistan where he was brain washed for several days by the ISI officials. According to sources, he was trained there and then sent to Delhi via Nepal.
