IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) has been starting a special train tour called ‘Bharat Bhutan Mystic Mountain Tour’ from 28 June 2025. The tour will pass through the beautiful plains of India and Bhutan and will give passengers an exciting journey for 14 days.
Travel starts from Delhi
This 14 days and 13 -night tour will start from Delhi Safdarjung railway station. This special Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC Tourist Train will take the first passengers to Guwahati in Assam, then will revolve around the sightseeing of Shillong and Cherrapunji in Meghalaya. After this, the train will reach Hasimara railway station in West Bengal, which is located near Phuentsholing in Bhutan.

Assam (Guwahati)
First of all, the passengers will be given a visit to the famous Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati. The temple is situated on the Nilanchal mountain and holds a prominent place in Shaktipeeths.
Meghalaya (Shillong and Cherrapunji)
After this, passengers will go to Shillong and Cherrapunji. The sunset view on the Umium Lake, Seven Sisters Waterfall in Cherrapunji, Nokhalikai Falls, Elephant Falls and Mavsmai Caves will give travelers amazing experience of natural beauty. After visiting Shillong, the passengers will return to Guwahati and leave for Hasimara by train after walking in the Brahmaputra river.
