IPS officer Rajesh Nirwan has got a new responsibility. IPS Rajesh Nirwan has been appointed as Director General of Civil Aviation Security Bureau i.e. BCAS. An official letter has been released in this regard. Rajesh Nirwan is a 1992 batch IPS officer of Rajasthan cadre. He will replace Amrit Mohan Prasad. Senior IPS officer Amrit Mohan Prasad was holding additional charge of the head of the Civil Aviation Security Bureau.

The letter issued states, “The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has appointed Mr. Rajesh Nirwan, IPS (RJ: 1992) as Director of the Civil Aviation Security Bureau (BCAS) till further order to take charge. The proposal of the Ministry of Civil Aviation has approved the proposal. “

Rajesh Nirwan is a 1992 batch IPS officer. Earlier, he was posted as Director General of Home Guard in Rajasthan. The 1992 batch IPS officer has also worked in the Nirwan Border Security Force (BSF).
