Why was RailOne created?

Till now many services of Railways run on different apps –

IRCTC Rail Connect: For reserved ticket booking

UTS: For tickets without reservation

eCatering Food on Track: to order food

NTES:For Train Status and Live Tracking

Managing all these apps was a hassle for passengers. RailOne will save both time and memory space by combining all these in one platform.

IRCTC app problems

Over the past few months, the IRCTC app has faced frequent technical glitches and server down issues, especially during Tatkal booking. Many passengers complained about this on social media and tagged Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and expressed their problems. RailOne is expected to improve these problems.
