The India Masters team has already reached the finals and will now face West Indies Masters on 16 March. Batting first in this match, the West Indies Masters team scored 179 runs at the loss of 5 wickets. In response, the Sri Lankan Masters team could only manage 173 runs at the loss of 9 wickets after batting 20 overs.
Dinesh Ramdin and Chadwick Valtn played a good innings
West Indies Masters, who came out to bat first, had a very bad start. In the very first over, opener Dwayne Smith returned to the pavilion without opening an account. After that William Perkins and Landal Simmons took the team to the score of 44, when the team suffered a second blow. Gunratne’s half -century innings went wasteful
Sri Lanka Masters got a good start to chase the target of 180 runs. Kumar Sangkar and Upul Tharanga added 31 runs for the first wicket. Sangakkara was dismissed for 17 runs in 15 balls. After his dismissal, Lahiru Thirimane came to bat and was able to score only 9 runs in 7 balls. Tharanga also continued on a score of 57.
