Sweet potatoes – 2-3, Onion – 1, Tomato – 1, Green chilli – 1, Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup, Chaat masala – 1 spoon, Salt – as per taste, Lemon juice – 1 spoon, Chutney – 1/2 cup

First step: First of all, turn on the gas and put the sweet potatoes in the cooker. After three whistles, remove the cooker from the gas and let it cool. Now, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Second step: Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions, tomatoes and green chillies and fry till they turn light brown (to make the sweet potato chaat more delicious, you can also add other vegetables like carrots, peas and capsicum).
