1 july 2025: ICICI Bank has announced new service charges for its customers, which will be applicable from 1 July 2025. These changes will affect service like ATM transactions, cash deposits and withdrawal, IMPS, debit cards and demand drafts. Let us know what changes have taken place.

New fees related to ATM

On ICICI Bank ATM: 5 financial transactions will be free every month. After that every transaction will be charged Rs 23.

Non-financial transactions (such as checking balance) will be free.

No charge will be taken from senior citizens customers.

Charge on ATM of other banks

3 transactions free in metro cities.

5 transactions free in non-metro cities.

After this, financial transactions will be charged Rs 23 and non-financially Rs 8.50 will be charged.

International ATM (International ATM)

125 rupees on cash withdrawn

Currency conversion charge 3.5%

25 rupees on non-financial transaction

IMPS Transaction Charges

Transfer up to Rs 1,000: Rs 2.50 per transaction

1,001 to Rs 1 lakh: 5 rupees

1 lakh rupees to Rs 5 lakh: 15 rupees

Change in cash deposit and withdrawal

3 free cash transactions will be available every month (on branch and crms).

After this, every transaction will be charged Rs 150.

150 rupees or 3.50 rupees per 1,000 rupees (which is higher) on deposits more than 1 lakh rupees.

The limit of third party deposits is limited to Rs 25,000 per transaction.

The same rules will be applicable on cash withdrawal – 3 free transactions, then Rs 150 per transaction.

Value-based charge will be charged on more than 1 lakh withdrawal.

The limit of third party withdrawal is also up to Rs 25,000 per transaction.

Debit card charges

Annual fees

300 rupees for normal customers

150 rupees for rural areas

A charge of Rs 300 will be charged for replacement card.

These new charges of ICICI Bank will have more impact to customers who do cash deposits, withdrawal or ATM transactions every month. Customers are advised to plan your transaction in advance so that additional charge can be avoided.
