Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan have sold their three residential properties in Andheri West area of Mumbai for a total of Rs 6.75 crore. The transaction for the three properties was completed in May 2025. According to the documents, the most expensive property in these three properties is located in the VJ Niwas CHS Limited of Andheri West, which was sold for Rs 3.75 crore. The builtup area of this property is 95.26 square meters (about 1,025 sq ft) and two car parking slots with it. The deal had to pay stamp duty of Rs 18.75 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000.
Both the remaining properties are located in Raheja Classic Project in Andheri West. One of these is 60.89 square meters (about 655 sq ft), which was sold by Rakesh Roshan for Rs 2.20 crore. It was given stamp duty of Rs 13.20 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000.
