The Delhi High Court reprimanded a lawyer appearing in the court by the park from the park and said that the ‘hybrid’ courts are also courts and etiquette should be maintained in them. High court issued instructions
The court said, “A lawyer wants to stand in the park with a mobile phone in his hand and appear as a lawyer for the appellants … Specific instructions to maintain etiquette are issued daily. But there was no benefit. ”So it directed the Bar Association of Delhi High Court Bar Association and all the districts of Delhi to make their members aware of how they should present virtual in the hearing.
