Hero Motocorp Ceo Step Down: Niranjan Gupta, CEO of Hero MotoCorp, the country’s largest two -wheeler company, has resigned from his post. The company has revealed about it in exchange filing after the closure of equity market business today. According to the information given by the company in the exchange filing, his last working day in the company will be 30 April 2025. He was associated with the company in the year 2017. In his place, the company’s executive director (operations) Vikram Kasbekar will become the caretaker CEO. Talking about shares, today its shares have closed at Rs 4340.85 with a gain of 3.18 per cent on BSE.
Hero Motocorp at the top level and changes
Niranjan Gupta, CEO of Hero MotoCorp, will continue in his post till 30 April 2025. After him, from May 1, the company’s executive director (operations) Vikram Kasbekar will become the caretaker CEO. Apart from this, the Chief Procurement Officer of the company Ram Kuppuswamy will also get the responsibility of Chief Operations Officer (Manufacturing) from 1 April 2025. At the same time, National Sales Head (India Business Unit) Ashutosh Verma will become the Chief Business Officer from May 1, while Head HR (R&D) Jyoti Singh will be made Deputy Chief HR Officer from February 1.

Hero MotoCorp shares were at Rs 6245.00 on 24 September 2024 last year, which is a one -year record high level for its shares. This boom of shares stopped here and in four months from this high level, it slipped about 36 per cent on 13 January 2025 at Rs 3999.00, which is a record low of one year for its shares. At the lower level, more than 8 per cent recovery recovered on the basis of shares and purchases, but still it is about 31 per cent downside from one year of high.
