HDFC Bank is implementing the new policy of domestic airport lounge access for Tata New Infinity Credit Cardholders from 10 June 2025. Now by swiping the card, entry will not be available directly into the lounge. Instead, cardholders will have to spend Rs 50,000 in every calendar quarter, only then they will get a lounge voucher. This voucher bank will send via SMS and email. The voucher will have to claim within 120 days of getting and it can be used in any eligible lounge within 180 days.
The facility of free domestic lounge visiting will continue as before, but now it will be available only 2 times every quarter.
To check the qualification of lounge access, users have to log on to HDFC NetBanking or Mobile Banking App. Go to the ‘Credit Card’ section and select your Tata New Infinity Card and click on ‘Redeem Reward Points’. After this, you can see information and eligibility information by going to ‘Myreward’ and ‘Spend Promo Details’.
There has been no change in international lounge access. Cardholders will get free international lounge access as before, which will be given under the priority pass program. This feature is applicable to both Rupay and Visa versions. However, Rupay cardholders will have to pay an additional $ 3.25 additional fee on every visit.
Talking about the other benefits of this card, 5% neucoins are found on non-EMI purchases on Tata New Platform and Tata brands. There are 1.5% on other purchases and 5% neucoin on shopping from Tata New website or app.
This card is also beneficial in terms of security. This includes a lost card cover of Rs 9 lakh, overseas hospital cover of Rs 15 lakh and an accidental death cover of Rs 1 crore.
New cardholders get a welcome bonus of 1,499 neucoins when the first transaction is done within 30 days. Also, if a user spends Rs 3 lakh a year, then his annual fee will be waived.
1% surcharge exemption on fuel is also given in this card, which is applicable to fuel transactions of Rs 400 to 5,000. A discount of up to Rs 500 can be received in a month.
