White sesame is considered very beneficial for health. But have you ever made sesame sauce? Comedian Bharti Singh has told about a very easy way to make sesame sauce on her YouTube channel. Believe me, the taste of this chutney will open all your tests. To make this sauce, you will need white sesame, red chili, roasted tomato, tamarind pulp, three to four garlic, one inch piece of ginger, green coriander, mint, fenugreek seeds and green chillies.

First step- To make sesame sauce, first put 100 grams of white sesame in the pan. Now add dry red chili in this pan and fry both things.

Second step- When the sesame starts getting golden, then you can turn off the gas. After this, fry a tomato on the gas and then peel it.

Third step- Now you have to add roasted white sesame and red chili in the mixer. Add garlic bud and a piece of ginger to the mixer.

Fourth step- To enhance the taste of sesame sauce, add green coriander and pudana to the mixer. Apart from this, put salt and tamarind pulp in the mixer.

Fifth step- Finally add a little water to the mixer. Now you have to grind all these things well.

Sixth step- Take out this sauce in a bowl. After this, heat the oil in a pan and apply fenugreek seeds and green chili.

You mix this tempering well with the prepared chutney. Now you can serve this sesame spicy chutney with anything. If this sauce is consumed in the right amount, you can make your immune system strong to a great extent.
