The Canadian court has postponed the next hearing against the four accused till April.

During the hearing held on February 11, the Canadian court has postponed the hearing against accused Amandeep Singh, Karan Brar, Kamalpreet Singh and Karanpreet Singh till April. Please tell that on the last hearing, the court had given the date of February 11 for the hearing of the four accused.
Canada wrongly told bail reports
Canada media claimed that several media institutions in India claimed that 4 Indian citizens accused of killing Sikh Canadian Hardeep Singh Nijjar in June 2023 were released from custody after the case was over. In the news, the CBC claimed this by taking the names of several Indian news agencies.
Canada media had said that these reports are false. No accused of Nijjar has been released from custody. The Canada media, quoting the BC Prosecution Service’s N. Semore, claimed that the four accused have been released on bail. The next court appearance took place on 11 February through a pretial conference. On February 12, the accused were to be produced in court. But the court already postponed the next hearing by April.

Hardeep Singh was killed like this
Nijjar was shot dead by two unknown gunmen near Gurunanak Sikh Gurdwara in Sri, British Columbia, Canada. Nijjar was also the head of this gurudwara. He was in his car in parking outside the gurudwara. Meanwhile, two youths came on the bike and started firing.
Nijjar did not get time to get out of the car and he died there. The Canadian police then arrested 4 Punjabi youths in the case, although Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused the Indian agents of killing Nijjar. After which diplomatic relations between the two countries have come to an end. However, now after getting bail to the accused, questions are being raised on the government.
Khalistan was the head of Tiger Force
Hardeep Nijjar was the head of the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF). The NIA recently released a list of 40 terrorists, including Nijjar’s name. He also had a role in getting a referendum in favor of Khalistan in Brampon city. Nijjar was included in the list of most wanted terrorists of Indian agencies. His name was revealed in many cases of violence and crime in India. After which he was put in the list of wanted terrorists.
The priest was attacked on 31 January 2021
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) had filed a charge sheet against four people, including Nijjar in connection with the conspiracy to kill Hindu priest Kamaldeep Sharma in Jalandhar on 31 January 2021. The three other people charged in the case are Kamaljeet Sharma and Ram Singh, who attacked the priest on the instructions of Nijjar and his colleague Arshdeep Singh alias Prabha.
