Payments fail
Many users said that there is no way to pay from UPI. Apart from payment, there is also a problem in knowing the other information on the application. GPAY, PhonePe, Paytm are taking a lot of time in processing. Not only this, online payments are failing again and again. Many users were told that online payment applications like PhonePe, Google Pay and Paytm are not working on their phone.
NPCI did not respond
According to Downdetetor, the problem started by 7:50 pm on UPI. Thousands of complaints have been filed on the website within a few minutes. Let us tell you that India’s Unified Payments Interface is a popular online payment service. It is designed by the National Payments Corporation of India. At present, no response has been given by NPCI regarding UPI outage.
UPI will not work on these numbers from 1 April
Let us tell you that from April 1, new rules are going to be implemented regarding UPI. NPCI has implemented new rules to further strengthen the security of online payment. According to the new rules, from April 1, UPI will no longer work in those mobile numbers which will not be used for 90 days. Now old mobile numbers related to UPI will be deactivated from April 1. In such a situation, if you have added a number in your UPI that you are not using, then update it immediately. Otherwise you may have difficulty in using UPI from April.
