Gold Rate Today: Today, on Tuesday 16 September, there has been a slight decline in the price of gold. 24 and 22 carat gold has become cheaper by Rs 10. The price of 22 carat gold is trading in the country above Rs 1,01,700 and 24 carat gold is trading above Rs 1,11,050 per 10 grams. Silver
Silver is trading at Rs 1,34,000 per kg. Today, silver has become expensive by Rs 2000 on Tuesday.
Gold rate on MCX
Gold and silver prices were strengthened on Tuesday. In the international market, gold crossed $ 3,700 an ounce and reached a new record level, while silver was at the highest level of 14 years. The dollar weakness and the expectations of the Federal Reserve’s interest rate deduction were accelerated.
In India too, both metals remained at historical levels. In Delhi and Mumbai, 24 carat gold stood at around Rs 1,11,000 per 10 grams, while 22 carat gold was close to Rs 1,01,790 per 10 grams. Silver is also at record high due to strong investment demand and geopolitical stress.
October futures gold on MCX was flat at Rs 1,10,174 per 10 grams, while December futures silver looked at a slight increase at Rs 1,29,522 per kg.
