Silver also declines
Like gold, there is also a decline in silver price. On October 4, it has fallen by Rs 100 to Rs 1,51,900 per kg. On October 3, silver fell by Rs 500 to Rs 1,50,000 per kg in Delhi’s bullion market. Silver overtook gold in September in terms of prices hike. Last month, the price of silver rose 19.4 percent, while the price of gold increased by 13 percent during this period. Silver is not only a good option for investment, as well as its industrial demand. Industrial consumption in total demand is 60–70 percent.
