Denta Water IPO: Today is the second day of the IPO of Denta Water, a company involved in the business of water management. This IPO opened on Wednesday, January 22 and its last day will be Friday, January 24. This IPO will close on Friday. This is a mainboard IPO, from which the company wants to raise a total of Rs 220.50 crore. Under this IPO, Denta Water has fixed the price band of Rs 279 to Rs 294 for each share with face value of Rs 10.

After the IPO closes on Friday, the allotment of shares will be done next week on Monday, January 27. After which the shares will be transferred to the demat accounts of the investors on Tuesday. Applicants who will not be allotted shares will be refunded on Tuesday itself. This IPO will be listed in the stock market on Wednesday, January 29.

The IPO of Denta Water and Infra Solutions is seeing tremendous response from investors. According to NSE data, till 12.00 noon today, this IPO has received a total subscription of 29.52 times. Not only this, looking at the current subscription status, it is expected that its subscription may increase significantly by the time the IPO closes tomorrow.
GMP price reached Rs 150
There is a lot of turmoil in the gray market regarding the company’s IPO. Shares of Denta Water were trading with a GMP of Rs 150 at 12.00 noon on Thursday. However, its GMP on January 22 was Rs 160. Earlier, on January 18, its GMP was Rs 45. From January 19 to January 21, its GMP price remained at Rs 145.
