German semiconductor company Infineon’s Indian company CDIL will get a big benefit

Germany The semiconductor company Infinionon has entered into its first agreement with the CDIL semiconductor for the purpose of supply of silicon wafer for manufacturing of power chip in India. Senior officials of the company gave this information on Thursday. Under the agreement, Infinonon will supply empty semiconductor wafers to CDIL, which the Indian company will process and use for assembly and packaging, so that power chipset can be made.

It is used in products such as electricity inverters, solar technology, autos and renewable energy applications. CS Chua, chairman of the Asia Pacific region and MD Chua of Infinonon Technologies, said after signing the agreement, “Infinonion will provide silicon to CDIL. India is a special and very large market where we need partners like CDIL, who understand the local needs. This is the first agreement of its kind, which we have signed in India. ”
