Gainers & Losers: Today, on the last day of 2024, a lot of volatility was seen in the domestic market. Once the Sensex had recovered more than 600 points from its intra-day low and reached the green zone. However, this recovery could not be sustained and it slipped. At the end of the day, Sensex closed at 78,139.01 with a fall of 109.12 points or 0.14% and Nifty closed at 23,644.80 with a slip of 0.10 points. Talking sector wise, Nifty IT has fallen by more than 1 percent while Nifty index of Oil and Gas has closed with a jump of more than 1 percent. Lupine. Current Price: ₹2350.95 (+1.79%)
Lupine bought Huminsulin from Eli Lilly & Company to expand its diabetes portfolio, its shares jumped 2.72 per cent to Rs 2372.55. Earlier, under the agreements between the two, Lupine was selling its products Huminsulin R, Huminsulin NPH, Huminsulin 50/50, and Huminsulin 30/70. It is used in the treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
RVNL. Current Price: ₹422.65 (+3.31%)
As Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) won two projects, its shares jumped 7.53 per cent to Rs 439.90 in intra-day today. The company has got a project from Central Railway which is worth Rs 137 crore and it has to be completed in 24 months. The second project it has received from East Coast Railway is worth Rs 404 crore and work on it has to be completed within 30 months.
ITC. Current Price: ₹483.65 (+1.37%)
Its shares jumped 1.55 per cent to Rs 484.50 after NCLT Kolkata approved the plan to demerge ITC’s hotels business. NCLT’s approval is effective from December 16. After this, ITC Hotels will now be listed within 60 days. The record date to decide which shareholders will get its shares is January 6. ITC and ITC Hotels will sign a trademark license agreement, and ITC Hotels will receive Rs 1,500 crore from ITC after the demerger.
AGS Transact Tech. Current Price: ₹65.78 (+2.96%)
Shares jumped 4.66 per cent to Rs 66.87 intra-day today as Neomile Growth Fund-Series I bought 0.94% stake in AGS Transact from promoter Vineha Enterprises at an average price of Rs 63.75 per share.
Senores Pharma. Current Price: ₹568.90 (+1.99%)
Shares jumped 4.06 per cent to Rs 580.45 intra-day today as India Equity Fund 1 bought 0.67% stake in Senorus Pharma at an average price of Rs 579.89 per share.

Shares of EasyMyTrip’s parent company Easy Trip Planners had slipped 9.91 per cent to Rs 15.36 intra-day due to a block deal. Under the block deal, its promoter and co-founder Nishant Pitti has sold 1.41 per cent of his remaining 14.21 per cent stake at an average price of Rs 15.60.
Zinka Logistics (BlackBuck). Current Price: ₹481.55 (-4.99%)
Shares of Blackbuck’s parent company Jinka Logistics fell 5 per cent for the second consecutive day today to the lower circuit of Rs 481.55 on the negative trend of Morgan Stanley. Morgan Stanley has fixed a target price of Rs 450 for investment in it and given an underperform rating.
Adani Wilmar. Current Price: ₹308.25 (-6.45%)
Adani Group is going to sell its entire stake in Adani Wilmar, due to which today its shares fell by 7.95 percent to Rs 303.30 in intra-day.
