Gum laddus

First step- First of all, add ghee to the pan and heat it. Now add fine slices of dry coconut and fry it till its color becomes brown.
Second step- Now take out the roasted coconut in a bowl and then put the makhana in this pan and fry them well.
Third step- Now put ghee in a pan and heat it and then fry the glue till it puffs. Now remove the gum and fry almonds, cashews, watermelon seeds and chironji.
Fourth step- Now fry 2 big spoon white poppy seeds in a pan for about a minute. After this, crush the gum and make coarse powder.
Fifth step- Now you have to heat the ghee in the pan and add wheat flour and fry it on the medium flame. When the dough is roasted, then you have to mix ginger powder, roasted nuts, seeds and crushed glue with this flour.
Sixth step- If the ghee looks less, then add ghee and mix all the things well. When this mixture cools down slightly, then you can mix powder sugar in it.
Seventh step- Gum has become a mixture of laddus. Now you have to give this mixture shape of laddus.
Eighth step- When the mixture is light hot, make laddus with light hands because after the mixture cools down, you may have trouble giving shape.
