The epicenter of this earthquake was 10 kilometers below the ground in Baramulla district of the state. Earthquake also occurred in Haryana
Earlier on Wednesday, earthquake tremors had shaken people in Haryana. People felt earthquake tremors in the state at 12.30 pm. The intensity of this earthquake was measured at 3.5 on the Richter scale. Earlier, an earthquake of 3.7 magnitude had occurred in Kutch district of Gujarat on Monday morning. The intensity of the earthquake that occurred in the district on December 7 was recorded at 3.2. Last month, on November 18, an earthquake of magnitude four was recorded in Kutch.
