A new tool launched by the Department of Telecommunications.

The Department of Telecommunications and telecom companies are implementing new rules to curb the growing fraud. Now Dot has taken a new step to eliminate the Financial Fraud.
Cyber criminals are adopting new ways to make people a victim of cheating. At the same time, the Central Government’s Telecommunications Department is also implementing new rules to destroy the plans of the criminals. Now to prevent financial fraud, Financial Ricks Indicator has been launched by DOT. The new financial risk indicator of DOT is going to give great relief to crores of users.
Crores of mobile users will get relief
After the launch of the financial risk indicator, the official statement was issued by the Department of Telecommunications, saying that if a mobile number is found suspicious to be involved in the work related to fraud, then this new Financial Risk indicator tool will easily identify it. In such a situation, if there is an online payment on a number, then this Financial Risk Indicator tool will provide additional security and verify it.
According to the information, this new tool will check the numbers involved in the cases of fraud in both telecommunications and financial sectors. The Fri Tool serves as a risk -based matriculation that classifies the mobile number as ‘medium’, ‘high’ or ‘very high’ based on the related risk of financial fraud. This new tool uses data collected from many sources to identify which number is risky.
