Real estate sector veteran DLF Limited is going to launch a new luxury housing project in Gurugram. The company will invest around ₹ 5,500 crore on this project. DLF is trying to achieve record sales booking even in the current financial year, as it happened last year.
More than 1,150 flats on 18 acres
According to sources, DLF will soon launch an 18 -acre project called ‘DLF Privana North’ in Sector 76/77, Gurugram. It will have more than 1,150 luxury apartments. The project is part of the company’s 116 -acre township ‘DLF Privana’.
Privana West and South already sold
The company has already launched two projects in this township- ‘Privana West’ and ‘Privana South’. Both the projects have been completely sold in a few days as soon as they launched.
In January 2024, DLF sold 1,113 flats for ₹ 7,200 crore in ‘Privana South’ spread over 25 acres. In May 2024, 795 flats in 12.57 acres ‘Privana West’ sold for ₹ 5,590 crore in just 3 days. Now the company wants to repeat this success through the third project ‘Privana North’.
DLF’s record performance in FY25
DLF recorded a record pre-sale booking of ₹ 21,223 crore in FY 2024-25, which is 44% more than the previous year’s ₹ 14,778 crore. The company’s managing director Ashok Tyagi has estimated a booking of sales of ₹ 20,000 to ₹ 22,000 crore for the new financial year.
Profit also increased rapidly
DLF’s net profit increased to ₹ 4,366.82 crore in FY25, which was ₹ 2,723.53 crore last year. The total income also increased to ₹ 8,995.89 crore, while in FY24 it was ₹ 6,958.34 crore.
Plan for launch of ₹ 17,000 crore property
The company is planning to launch a housing property worth more than ₹ 17,000 crore this year. DLF’s joint MD and Chief Business Officer, Akash Ohri, had informed last month that ‘Privana North’ will be launched in this quarter.
Big booking also received from The Dahlias
DLF launched a total of 7.5 million square feet area in the last financial year, with a probable earning of ₹ 40,600 crore. Out of this, 5 million square feet of company also sold for ₹ 19,344 crore.
In the same year, the company launched its super-linguistic project ‘The Dahlias’, which has a total area of 4.5 million square feet and sales potential ₹ 35,000 crore. In FY25, the company got a booking of ₹ 13,744 crore from this project.
