Dividend share: Banco Products (India), which produces automotive and industrial cooling products, is going to give an interim dividend of Rs 11 per share for FY 2024-25. The company’s board announced this while approved the financial results of the October-December 2024 quarter. The record date has been announced on 14 February 2025 for dividend. By this date, shareholders whose names will be in the records of the Register of Members of the Company or Depositors as the beneficiaries owners of shares will be entitled to dividend.
Banco Products (India) told the stock markets that the payment of interim dividend would be completed on or before February 25. The company started in 1961. The market cap is close to Rs 6600 crore.
Profit dropped 55% in December 2024 quarter
In the December 2024 quarter, the net consolidated profit of Banco Products decreased by 54.7 percent to Rs 30.93 crore on an annual basis. It was Rs 68.32 crore a year ago. Consolidated revenue from the operations increased by 10.6 percent to Rs 644.34 crore on an annual basis. It was Rs 582.48 crore in the December 2023 quarter. The company’s total consolidated expenses were Rs 605.40 crore in the December 2024 quarter. The expenditure was Rs 501.97 crore a year ago.
