Dividend stock: Public sector company Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (Hal) Today has announced a dividend on 12 February. The company has approved a dividend of Rs 25 on every stock for its shareholders. Along with this, the company has also released the results of the third quarter of FY25. The company’s shares have declined by 2.30 per cent today and this stock is trading on BSE at a price of Rs 3564.15. With this decline, the company’s market cap has come down to Rs 2.38 lakh crore.
Hindustan Aeronautics has declared the first interim dividend of Rs 25 per equity share of Rs 5 face value. HAL said in the stock exchange filing, “The record date for payment of interim dividend will be Tuesday, February 18, 2025. All eligible shareholders will be paid dividends on or before March 14, 2025.”

In the October-December quarter, Hindustan Aeronautics’ consolidated net profit increased by 14 per cent to Rs 1440 crore. It recorded a consolidated net profit of Rs 1261 crore in the same period of a year ago. This PSU’s revenue of the defense sector increased by 15 per cent to Rs 6957 crore in the third quarter of FY 2025, as compared to Rs 6061 crore in the third quarter of FY 2024.
