DDA Flat in Delhi Posh Area: There is a chance to buy flats in Vasant Kunj, Dwarka and Rohini coming to the posh areas of Delhi. DDA is giving this opportunity to buy a house in the posh area of Delhi. All these houses will be sold through e-auction. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has prepared to launch a new premium housing scheme in the capital. Under this scheme, 177 flats and 67 cars will be sold through garage e-auction. This decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena.

What flats will be found?

This scheme includes three category flats

High Income Group (HIG)

Middle Income Group (MIG)

Lower Income Group (LIG)

Flats will be found in which area of Delhi: Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola and Ashok Pahari.

The DDA meeting also announced two major reforms to promote trade and investment in Delhi. Commercial Property AMALGAMATE Charge has now been reduced from 10% to just 1%. The multiplication factor for auction has been reduced from 2 times to 1.5 times. This change is said to be inspired by the Prime Minister’s Ease of Doing Business Campaign.

The DDA has also decided to provide a month’s fare assistance to the flat owners during the reconstruction of the Signature View apartments.

This assistance will be available from January 2025, provided they vacate the flat.

Changed in use of land in NarelaAnd

The DDA changed the use of land in Narela and will now open educational hubs in Sector G-7 and G-8 there. Sports complex and stadiums will be built in Sector G-3 and G-4. Also, the remaining flats of Narela will now be given to government departments and universities at concessional rates. These new steps of DDA will promote affordable and premium housing in Delhi. Will also attract commercial investment. Education and sports infrastructure will strengthen.
