Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma (Rohit Sharma) has rented his property at Lower Parel in Mumbai on a rent of Rs 2.60 lakh per month. Square Yards gave this information on Thursday. Square Yards said in a statement that it has reviewed the property registration documents of Indian Test team and ODI team captain Rohit Sharma. The hired apartment by Sharma is located in Lodha Markwis-The Park. It has been developed by Macrotech Developers Limited (Lodha Group). It is a ready-to-move residential project spread over 7 acres.
The carpet area of the hired apartment is 1,298 sq ft (129.8 square meters) and includes two car parking spaces. Square Yards said that the apartment was bought by Rohit Sharma and his father Gurunath Sharma for Rs 5.46 crore in March 2013 and has been rented for Rs 2.6 lakh. Lease transactions levied stamp duty of Rs 16,300 and registration charge of Rs 1,000.

Rohit Sharma and his father have another apartment in this project and were given a rent of Rs 2.65 lakh per month in October 2024. He bought this apartment in 2013 for Rs 5.70 crore.
