Dehradun: A picture of Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami while trekking with his family has surfaced. In the cold weather, CM today did trekking on Shahanshahi Ashram, Old Rajpur Road (Dehradun) – Jhadipani (Mussoorie) route with the slogan of ‘Devbhoomi Uttarakhand Aao’. During this, the Chief Minister said that this track is not only a part of adventure activities but during this journey one also experiences the amazing beauty of nature, pure air and peaceful environment.

CM said that many such tracks in Uttarakhand are special centers of attraction. Tourists and locals visiting the state can also enjoy trekking during winter trips. Snow covered mountains, cool and pure air and breathtaking views in winter make the natural beauty of Uttarakhand even more unique. He said that Uttarakhand is also an ideal place for adventure activities, now Uttarakhand is ready to welcome you not only in summer but also in winter.
CM Dhami often participates in such activities, due to which the common man feels connected to him. In November, a video of Pushkar Singh Dhami was revealed, in which he was seen dancing. Actually, he had participated in the ‘Adi Gaurav Mahotsav’ program organized by the State Tribal Research Institute, Uttarakhand. During this time he danced with the artists. Dancing and singing is not the job of leaders, CM Dhami had proved this saying wrong. His dance had boosted the morale of the artists and the public had also realized that our CM is like us.
During this, Dhami had said that in view of Uttarakhand’s sensitivity towards earthquakes and other natural disasters, cooperation should be taken from Japan in the field of technology. In the dialogue program organized here by the FICCI Forum of Parliamentarians in collaboration with the Japanese Embassy, the Chief Minister had told the officials that Uttarakhand is a sensitive state from the point of view of earthquakes and other natural disasters and there is a direction to get cooperation from Japan in the field of disaster management and anti-earthquake technology. Efforts should be made.
