The Taiwan government has thanked the Indian Navy and the Coastal Guard for helping after the Cingapore container ships.

The Taiwan government is grateful for the rapid rescue operations of the Indian Navy and Coastal Guards. We wish the missing members safe return and the injured to recover quickly.
In fact, a fierce fire broke out after an explosion in a container ship MV Wan Hai 503 near Kochi in Kerala in the Arabian Sea. The accident took place 44 nautical miles (about 81 km) from Ajikkal.

4 people of ship still missing, search continues
The ship had 22 crew members, including 8 Chinese, 6 Taiwanese citizens. The fire spread rapidly after the explosion, due to which the crew had to leave the ship.
The Indian Navy and Coast Guard immediately took action and rescued 18 people safely, including five more people. While 4 people are still missing. Indian Navy is running a search operation to search for him.
In a post on X, the Indian Coastal Guard had reported that the ICG aircraft first assessed the scene. 04 ships of ICG were then sent for rescue to rescue.
