Chandok was sentenced to 6 years in America

The US court sentenced him to 6 years for the crime. This fraud scheme of Chandok was mainly targeted by senior citizens, who were cheated in the name of fake tech support services. The CBI followed a long and complex legal process with American officials to extradite Chandok to India. After many years of legal battle, the CBI finally succeeded in bringing him to India.
CBI will demand Chandok’s custody
Now Chandok will be produced in the court in India, where the CBI will demand his custody so that a thorough investigation of the case and further legal action can be taken.
