BSNL has launched its Internet Protocol based IFTV service in another big state. The state-owned telecom operator launched IFTV during the India Mobile Congress held last year. It was first started as a pilot project in two states, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. After this, this service was launched in Gujarat after Punjab and Chandigarh. Now BSNL has started its Internet Protocol based IFTV in Rajasthan Telecom Circle.
IFTV service launched
BSNL has shared this information through its official X handle. The government telecom company said in its social media post that IFTV service has been launched in Rajasthan circle. With this, a new era of digital entertainment has started with seamless connectivity. IFTV- is India’s first fiber based Internet TV service, in which you can enjoy more than 500 live TV channels and premium pay-TV content in crystal clear i.e. live TV channels without buffering. For this, all BSNL Bharat Fiber users of Rajasthan Telecom Circle will get the benefit of IFTV service without any extra charge.
More than 500 live TV for free
In this service of BSNL, you will be able to watch more than 500 live TV channels for free even without a set-top box. The government telecom company claims that in this, users will be able to enjoy live TV channels in HD quality on broadband connection. Not only this, you can also use this IFTV of BSNL on old LCD or LED TV. For this you will have to install Fire Stick in your TV.
Apart from this, BSNL has also recently launched BiTV service based on direct-to-mobile entertainment. Users will be able to watch more than 300 live TV channels on their mobile without any extra charge. For this they need to have BSNL SIM card and internet connection. BSNL has currently started this pilot project in Puducherry. Soon, this service can be started in other cities of the country also.
