Broken foot rest and seat is not touched. Late, we came to Delhi and told that, while the wheelchair was already booked.
Not found wheelchair
Veer Das further writes- ‘I ask a male ground staff member of Air India to help us, he looks at me, shrinks shoulders and ignores me. Despite the fracture, my wife descends from the ladder. I tell an Air India staff member near the buses what happened. He says “Sir what to do … Sorry”. We reach the terminal, calm people told the wheelchair staff that we had already booked a chair. He is unknown. There are wheelchairs everywhere. There is no employee because the flight was late. I take a chair and take it to the baggage claim, then to parking out of the airport. ‘
